Yes, we are moving. It is time for The Sanctuary to grow and evolve. We will be bringing all your favorite traditions to the new space (right down the road) including our great staff, roaster and even Pete!  

We have been at 217 for over 2o years... People have met, gamed, had meetings, fell in love, enjoyed the fellowship of friends and family all within our walls. We would love to hear your story and memories of the Coffee Sanctuary. Send your story of a love, a laugh, a friendship or smiles to us (with a picture if you have it) and we may post it here or through our social media as we look back on the fist wonderful chapter of Javas while we get ready for the next exciting one to begin!

Professor Java's Coffee Sanctuary Roasts
All of Professor Java's Coffee is roasted right on site. We train our own Javateers in the art of coffee roasting so that you can enjoy the craft roasting style of our Sanctuary beans. We use a variety of beans from around the world including but not limited to Fair Trade Certified Organic Beans.

Professor Java's Coffee Sanctuary Created A Get Away That Is Not Far Away
Nestled on the busy Wolf Road right here in the Capital Region we offer a place to escape the hectic world outside. Plenty of parking and three different rooms await you so that you can enjoy the company of friends. have a meeting out of the office, study, read a book or just come and relax in the kind atmosphere within the Sanctuary. 

Meeting Rooms Available: Company Meetings, Lead Groups, Lunch Meetings, etc.

Private Parties: Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, etc.

Special Events: Tea Club, Coffee Club, Art Shows, Live Entertainment and more.
